Political notes – 8/20/14

Sitting by the Carib sea writing my chapter on the Woodlawn cemetery struggle against a management that was inflicting continual racist acts against Black and Latino workers. The chapter is entitled. ” A Secret Buried At Woodlawn Cemetery.” I still remember that our borough president refused to meet with these workers while making himself available for management to falsely portray a multidiverse pro civil rights cemetery. Ruben Diaz: always ready to meet with the rich and powerful’ never with the common folk. Shame. Shame. Shame
